Simple Rice Recipe

Sautee an onion, bell pepper and however much minced garlic you would like, next add 1 1/2 cup's of long grain rice and brown slightly, then add 3 cup's of chicken broth and a can of pea's (drained) and bring to a boil, cut the heat back to low and cook till rice is done. This stuff is pretty darn good and goes with just about anything.
