Here is the simplest side to throw on the grill if you don't want to cook sides in the kitchen. Lay our heavy aluminum foil. Wash and slice your potatoes, cut up an onion, add carrots, 1 stick of butter, salt and pepper. Close foil and place on direct heat for about 1-1-1/2 hours. If you close your foil by folding or rolling you can re-open easily to check doneness. Left overs go good with breakfast, so don't fret if you make too many.

Sure looks good   my Wiffy has a recipe similar to that and it also includes squash and green beans. All the veggies are stacked in layers and then done in the oven. It's a family favorite as I'm sure yours on the grill is also. :salut: No since in getting a lot of pots and pans dirty is there?

Looks might good, I really like the photo of the finish. I see a nice piece of beef tucked in there. Nice. CF :D
