Taco Soup

Postby Rich777 » Tue Nov 11, 2008 8:30 pm

Hang with me on this, Cindy spouts this stuff off like I know.

1LB hamburger meat
1 small onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 package taco seasoning (Lowery's)
1 can Rotel original
2 8 oz cans Pinto beans (Drained)
1 8 oz can whole corn (Drained)
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1-2 cups water

Brown hamburger meat with onion and bell pepper. Drain fat.
Add water and dry mixes. Stir to blend. Add everything else.
Simmer 20-30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
