I highly recommend that everyone try Pam's potato salad recipe! I made it this past weekend, and it was delicious! Particulary good if you don't like a real sweet potato salad. Got a double thumbs up from my husband, who doesn't always care for it! I think I added a bit too much cilantro, so be careful or it tends to overpower, but this was a great recipe! I didn't have any celery, so used a bit of celery seed, which my husband loves anyways. (and Jim, I ended up making Eric go to the store and get Feta... )
