Took some RAW cashews -placed them in a bowl...drizzles fresh lime all over -let them soak awhile-tossing occassionally tha drained them off placed on a cookie sheet placed in oven to roast -turning so they dried..
Added chili powder...Taste was good..however wanted more lime taste..anyone know how to incorporate the lime in them better??
Added little salt also.
They are tasty but want a more lime taste... Thxs.

Hj I made nut snacks where I use egg white as the binder then dust or shake in sugar, salt, spices. Now I know acid will "cook" egg but I still think it's worth a try to mix the lime and egg.
