Key Lime Pie
To be honest with you, this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE dessert. I have made this a number of times in many different ways. This one is by far the best that I have made. Yes, I did squeeze almost a whole bag of Key Limes to make 2 pies.
Key Lime Pie
INGREDIENTS
5 egg yolks, beaten
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.

Ain't that the truth! Better tailgating than some sporting events, and the people watching is unreal!

Well SC, if your sister is a JB fan, I guess that good enough. You can be my friend again...
I couldn't agree more with what they are saying. JB is the best concert by far that I have ever been to, and I have seen a ton of concerts in my days.
I saw kids that were probably 5 or 6 years old and I saw people that were well into their 70's and everything inbetween! And all of the above was having a blast!
I have only seen one JB concert, but I want to see him again sometime. He seems to sell out quickly when he comes to Dallas and I am normally working or broke.
Like Jim said, it's not a concert, it's a party!
Have you guys ever heard Larry Joe Taylor? He has the Jimmy Buffet sound with a Texas country twist. He is really good. Been to one of his concerts and while it was good, it wasn't near as good as JB...
Fins to the left...
