Sour Cream Pumpkin Pie

1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. of each~ ground nutmeg-ground cloves ñ cinnamon
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 unbaked 9” pie shell

Preheat oven 400° F.
In a bowl- mix brown sugar- flour- salt ñ spices. Add pumpkin- eggs- milk-sour cream ñ walnuts - mix well. Pour into crust. Bake 40-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack
