Coopers or Opie's cobbler?

Postby sugardoo » Fri Oct 26, 2012 3:09 pm

Hello,

Have you had the cobblers at either Opie's or Coopers? I think Black's in Lockhart might be similar. Anyway, I LOVE this cobbler- it has a crunchy sugary crust and I have been searching high and low to find the recipe and thought I would ask here. I have been searching around for a long time so if you are reading this and have ever had someone's cobbler that is very similar would you be kind enough to get and share the recipe?
Thanks so much!!

Welcome aboard Sugardoo.
Is it like a Crisp? I've made cobbles with an Oatmeal and Brown Sugar topping before.
Mighty tasty.
If it is, I'll dig out my recipe for you.
