Pecan Pie
Turn on oven and set at 375 degrees.
Line 9 inch pie pan with unbaked pastry.
Put into bowl 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine.
Add gradually, mixing until light and fluffy 3/4 cup sugar
Beat in one at a time 3 eggs
Add: 1 cup dark corn syrup, 3/4 cup Evaporated Milk, 2 Tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt,
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup finely cut pecans.
Mix Thoroughly, Pour into pastry-lined pan. Bake on center rack of oven 50 minutes or until firm.
Cool before serving.
