This one was really good, a choco/nilla layer topped with carmelized pecans. Pecan pie was my inspiration

Thanks to all who stopped in to comment or view, it was really good. I've made so many cheesecakes that I no longer have the recipe, if I can think it I can cook it. She makes the pecan pies which I love, so we did this together. It wasn't entirely what I expected, but I feel good about it!

I didn't feel my technique was fully what I wanted or expected so I really couldn't put a flawed recipe out there
