leg of lamb

Postby JaCK2U2 » Sat Jan 22, 2011 6:49 pm

Went to Brookshires for chicken, and they had leg of lamb - reduced from $40 to $11 --- never cooked or ate one, so I thought, what the heck! Now I have it, and not sure what to do with it.. any ideas out there? All would be appreciated!

What is your pleasure? American, Mediterranean, North African, European or Greenland seasoning? You might want to buy some Yogurt (plain).

Sauce made with mint ,malt vinegar and sugar. I made about 3 batches this year, around 30 bottles. I also made mint jelly.
