Anyone have a simple jerky recipe? Going to do it on my pellet chruncher.

Here is some I made and turned out great. It was hot though, and have since done it again and cut the crushed red pepper in half.

What quanity of meat did you use?

I believe it was a bottom round roast about 2#, give or take.
