I went to a wedding and Outlaw catering served pork steaks , then went to Karnes County stock show they served pork steaks also. The best I have ever tasted. Does anyone have a good marinated for pork steaks. I would appreciate very much.
Thank You
Lester

I used to cook pork backstrap at the deer lease. I would soak in Italian dressing then cook with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt topped with crushed pineapple

I used another rub from a shop in Houston and that cut was ridiculously good. I don’t think you can make a rub for this cut and choose poorly. Instant satisfaction. One of my favorites for sure
