A mom and pop start might be the ticket for PA. Thinking out of the box, you might think about feed stores. Their demographic is your demographic, and the ones in Aubrey area I know sell a lot of cook wood. Try D&L in Aubrey.

BTW, SB Spicy helped us take a first in Ribs at the Big D last year.

Great minds Boots... just signed a 50-store chain today. Runnings outta MN - more on the radar... ;)

Gator, just a suggestion and it fits in so well with your product, we have a chain of restaurants here called the lone star, google them, the owner and main guy is a local by the name of Trevor casey, he owns some good racehorses as well. I've raced some good horses as well so I know the guy. Their meals are focused on American famous people like johnny cash etc. their food needs good authentic American tastes in my opinion, but a phone call to Trevor couldn't hurt? He is based in Christchurch, at church corner, about 5 mins from me. They have places around nz.
Let me know if I can help more.
