I know everyone here knows it here, but I feel like I need to say it. Sucklebusters has to have some of the best products I have ever tried, and the best service I have ever seen!
I had a question the other day and had a reply in minutes.
I didn't realize that a cook we were doing this weekend that we were to supply the rub. We are cooking for a biker rally and they usually supply the briskets (16), ready to cook. This year they didn't get any rub. I found out Wednesday morning. I put in a quick order, and it UPS delivered it today (Thursday), and that was ground. I realize that am here in TX, but I order parts daily as part of my job. Most places I deal with do not ship the same day as order.

I agree with the above. I don't think I've ever delt with anyone that had this level of customer service. Top notch for sure.
