1st time cooking with SuckleBusters today, WOW!!!

Postby jbtx » Tue Mar 01, 2011 1:54 pm

I am cooking a brisket, butt, 5 slabs ribs, 5lbs leg quarters, and 2 lbs venison ring sausage. I am using Competition BBQ rub on the brisket, Honey BBQ sauce on the ribs, and Spicy Peach on the chicken. I have to say the Brisket rub smells better than any other I have so far. Stay tuned, pics being taken for tonight.

PS I got some of the salsa fixins the other day and split some with my father in law. He said it had just the right flavor, and said to put some in my pinto beans, so I will do that today. That's saying something bein that it's coming from a mexican.
