The test kitchen was super busy over the winter. Coming soon in Mild, Medium and Hot (shhhhhhh...its still a secret). Ignore the nutrition facts, its just a place holder for the real info.

I love new products, Gator and I am a HUGE fan of salsa fixins. What is the difference in this and what you currently sell?

tex :texas:
20" x 40" Party Gator Pit
Custom Mobile Stick Burner
Summerset TRL 32" Built-In Grill
Weber Q2200
48" Custom Firepit
Bertello Pizza Oven

I can't always please everybody. I'm not bacon.

Toby -

These are Mexican Style Salsas (or more specifically ranch style), which are cooked Tomatoes, Onions, Chile Peppers, Cilantro and Spices. The cooking process is required and makes a slightly sweeter salsa, due to the vegetables rendering during the cooking process (as compared to our Salsa Fixins). But, the overall flavor profiles are very similar. There is a slightly more citrus flavor as well, due to the citric acid which further acidifies the salsa and helps preserve it.

No vinegar, no added sugar and only a slight amount of salt. We are very happy with the results.

Mild - sweet
Medium = sweet and HOT.
Hot is HOT!

:)

If I could get a hold of a package early :idea: I could sure throw that SB Salsa contest (http://eatmoreheat.com/2011/03/sucklebu ... ixins-hot/ ) guy for a loop. :lol: :lol:

Congrats on the additional product line. Seriously look forward to trying it. :fiestanana:

Really, no carbs!? My wife will be pleased as she just started Atkins (it works) again. Which also means more grill time and meats for me!
