the dehydrated honey and the Worcestershire powder intrigue me.

now, what do y'all think about sea salt or kosher salt? i try to not use iodized salt.

I used Kosher on my last cook and it all came out really well..im also wanting to try some of the smoked salts and even the merlot salt thats out there...has anyone tried the himalayan salt? ive read some interesting things and just wondered if anyone has used it.. :mrgreen:

i use the ones i mentioned myself. just wondering if there were enough interest to have gator possible carry those items too.?

We only use Himalayan salt here, quite big granules, pink colour is a talking point too. I'm not big on salt but everyone else is.
