Bulk Spices
SB has a deal in the works to offer bulk spices on our website. I'm trying to pick the top 10 - 20 selling spices as a start, this is what I have so far:
Cracked Black Pepper
Fine Grind Black Pepper
Granulated Garlic
Granulated Onion
Sweet Paprika
Hot Paprika
Cayenne 40K
Chile Powder (SB Chili Seasoning)
Jalapeno (TX GunPowder)
Chipotle (TX GunPowder)
Habanero (TX GunPowder)
What other recommendations can you share? I want to stock the MOST popular products that people would order online.
Thanks,

Actual powder (like the consistency of talcum powder) or Onion Granules? A lot of people refer to onion granules -> onion powder is why I'm asking.
Granules vs Powder:

We use the actual powder, it's a little less salty and carries a stronger onion flavor in my opinion, but no one has ever accused me of having a sophisticated palate.

Re: Bulk Spices
That's funny that we all use different forms of onion flavored spice.

Onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper alot, cumin sometimes here, lots of sweet or hungarian paprika. I wish someone would come up with some good chili powders, not talkihg about the blens for chili meat but the individual ones like ancho, arbol, anneheim, ect.
