We now offer bulk spices on our website, as we see these grow we plan to add more.

These are the current bulk spices we offer:
SBBU0001 - Cracked Black Pepper
SBBU0002 - Table Grind Black Pepper
SBBU0003 - Granulated Garlic
SBBU0004 - Granulated Onion
SBBU0005 - Sweet Paprika
SBBU0006 - Cayenne 40K
SBBU0007 - Garlic Powder
SBBU0008 - Onion Powder
SBBU0009 - Paprika Hot
SBBU0010 - Ground Cumin

All come in a quart-sized shaker bottle and are competitively priced (especially if you use the TBBQF discount!).

It comes from California and is mild and sweet. It is ASTA 160 (which is the color rating) and is very bright red. We choose it because it works very well in BBQ applications where you are looking for a deep reddish bark on the meat.

Each country produces many, many types of paprika; mild, sweet, hot smoked..ect.

This Cali stuff is top notch in my opinion.

I've got a big bag of Hungarian paprika that a coworker brought me back from Hungary...I should be flogged for not trying it yet.
