I was at the only place on my side of town and they had the hogwaller/ a small bottle of comp rub and the sweet sauce..I bought the hog waller and am gunna try it on a rack of ribs at bedford..Im looking forward to the tasting... :geek:

Pretty good stuff Que. Good bit of salt so dont cake it on like some other pork rubs, you'll like it. peel back the membrane, moisten the ribs and srnkle rub on bckside, let it sit a while, like at least 5 minutes then flip them and sprinkle the top side and cook. I spray mine with some apple juice blended with honey and brown sugar about every 20 mins or so then sauce glaze 30 mins before pulling them. Give us a report and pics.

Que - Wog Waller is our top selling rub, it was made for reeebs. The sauce was too....RWBTEX is right, just a nice thin even coat - no need to pile it on ribs. Hope you enjoy the good stuff!
