I like jalapeno or serrano flavors, not the vinegar ones but natural flavors and nobody makes them. Been blending dome of that gunpowder in everything I eat, lol.

My neighbor gave me a jar of homemade jalapeno cranberry jelly for Christmas last year. I tried it on a ham sandwich and loved it, so I put it on a pork rib roast in the smoker as a glaze right at the end of the cook. It was great!

what about variations with Maple?

Maple Bourbon
Mustard and Maple
spicy Maple...

I'm thinking Hoochie Mama with some sort of Maple glaze sounds about right...

a sweet chili sauce would go with most anything, the sweet could come from a fruit reduction, mango or peach comes to mind first.
