OK chili testers - the samples are finally ready. I will work on packaging up everything and getting it mailed out either this weekend or early next week. Look for test packages to arrive middle of next week and then...cook yourself some chili!

Chili Test kits are in the mail.

A couple things to remember:

- This is a competition style chili recipe, fairly mild and big focus on beef flavor.
- Please stick to the directions
- And most of all - please send me your honest feedback both good & bad.
