I must say, customer service is still alive and well! I placed an order earlier this week, and it was scheduled to show up on Wednesday. Well to make a long story short, UPS showed it delivered and it wasn't delivered to my house.I sent an email to Sucklebusters to inform them of the problem, so an investigation could be started. A couple hours later I got a phone call from Dan. I informed him of the situation, and he said he would look into the problem and get back with me. A short time after that he called me back to let me know what was going on, and then he said something that blew me away. He told me that if my package was not located by morning, he would send out a replacement order so I would have my product by the weekend. This is going well above and beyond anything I would expect from a business owner. This is the kind of thing that makes a business great! Granted the Sucklebusters product does fine on it's own, because nothing else I have found can compare, but this level of customer care pushes them over the top. I was truly humbled, and I will never go anywhere else for my BBQ needs.
Luckily my order was found later that night about 5 miles away, at an address completely different than mine, but that's another story about the poor service from delivery company's
