Texas Gold Dust

Postby BigJon » Tue May 21, 2013 8:51 am

Hey guys, after getting my first SuckleBusters order in, I cooked up some ribs and used the Hog Waller. Fantastic stuff. Looking for ideas for the Texas Gold Dust for this weekend. I have some really nice chops in the freezer that I was thinking about. I also have a bag of chicken legs I was thinking about as well. Also, I have no problem picking something up. Please throw out some ideas of what this stuff is best on. I've never had it, and looking forward to giving it a try!

Our favorites are beef steaks and blackened fish.

SGD is for years a favorite of mine but I don't use it in cooking might be good I have never tried it.
To me it is a table fixture right there with the salt and pepper and i use it on anything from cottage cheese to burgers to soup. Think of it as the uber cousin to Lowreys or McCormicks seasoned salt.
tarde venientibus ossa....
