Hog waller is probably my favorite. How long do you think those packs will last in the freezer?

I couldn't tell you specifically, Nick. I don't put them in the freezer... I keep them in a cabinet, in the kitchen. I suppose it would be fine?! I just found it stayed separated better/longer by putting it in smaller batches. The first couple of times I ordered rub by the bulk box, it was clumping up by the time I got to the end(around a month or two). Depending on how busy I am(and what percentage of my cooks are pork/chicken), this'll probably only last a couple of months.

Since I've never tried it, I'll toss 5 or 6 of the 1/2lb bags in the freezer today though, just for an experiment to see if it changes at all. Maybe once a month, I'll take one out and use it. Will someone PLEASE remind me??

Clumping - We now add silica to all our products to prevent caking.

Storage - I would keep the rubs in a cool, dark storage such as a cabinet or closet...ect. You can store this way indefinitely.

Freezer - If you choose to put in a freezer, make sure the package is airtight - so that the rubs will maintain freshness.

All of our products are shelf-life tested to last at least 2 years.

Yeah, I should have been a little more specific in my comments. I haven't had any trouble with SuckleBusters clumping up. I went through several bulk spices before finding/choosing SB. I'm not going to name them, but the first couple from one company were terrible about it. That's when I got in the habit of breaking them down.
