Dang, I just learned my lesson about skipping ahead.I generally bypass these first sub-forums to go straight to the pics of what everyone has been cooking. Then tonight I stumble upon this thread and I'm kicking myself. Lets see some more pics of what you have cooked with the new rubs.

A chuckie with a heavy rub of SPG
Started out like this 250 for 1 hour on each side - oak chips for smoke
Then injected with beef broth and into a pan and covered
Roasted a bunch of veggies with some oak chips for smoke
After some sampling and some sampling and some sampling.... The chuckie almost didn't make it to the next step. It fell apart as in pulled beef then combined with the veggies, V8 juice, beef broth, fire roasted tomatoes, onions, etc. Made a real nice soup. Glad it made it to the last step.
