SPG Fresh Salsa

[Papa Tom]

This is quick, simple and good a staple around Papa's place.

Groceries:
1 onion
1 green pepper
8 medium sized Roma tomatoes
1 Jalapeno (optional)
Sucklebusters SPG
Power tools :
Food processor

Recipe:
1/2 C chopped onion (chop to 1/8" size)
1/2 C chopped green pepper chop to 1/8" size)
8 Roma tomatoes stemmed and chopped ( to 1/4 size for the chunks)
2 level teaspoons SPG
Mix and enjoy, better if it sits in fridge several hours.
If you want some more heat fine chop the jalapeno and add to taste.

Just want to know....... SPG is salt, pepper and garlic?

I asked because I can´t get Sucklebuster here and love to try any kind of salsa
