Got me some packages this morn

If I didn't know better I would have thought it was Christmas morning
Got my order of Texas goodness this morn
I ordered the 6 pack of BBQ sauce and a jar of Hogwaller and Clucker Dust for my son...he is new to smoking.

Hopefully this batch will get me through the summer
I usually do a couple of cooks of around 3 dozen oink bones at a time during the summer. Plus I normally BBQ every weekend a time or two
Got a big cook coming up in September. Smoking up pulled pork and turkeys for 250 people for my sons wedding reception.
Thinking maybe I might need to place another order late summer.
