This was my first time to try the Baaym Habenaro BBQ Rub and let me just say that Gator's description on the Website is "spot on". :tup: "Not for the faint of heart" HOWEVER, after I did a prelim fanger to tongue test I went easy on it today - - - that will not be the case next time I'll give it a good dusting and get a full Beer to keep it tolerable.
