This was my first time to try the Baaym Habenaro BBQ Rub and let me just say that Gator's description on the Website is "spot on". "Not for the faint of heart" HOWEVER, after I did a prelim fanger to tongue test I went easy on it today - - - that will not be the case next time I'll give it a good dusting and get a full Beer to keep it tolerable.
