I don't have a Blackstone but my cast iron skillet, a ball of hamburger and a large dousing of SPG makes the absolute best smash burger you'll ever taste.

don't know whether to blame txsmkmstr or TX-1911 for changing my ground beef destination from Italian S'gettie to "Smash Burgers" so I"ll say thanks to you both  :salut:

OK so it's not C.I. but I have a BD coming before long and I plan on filling that skillet space with a new one. :dont:

Pork Loin Steak with SPG on the cast iron skillet in a touch of olive oil.... G/F said it was the best pork steak ever. Served with a sweet potato side and cold beer. I'd be heck-on-wheels with a Blackstone. :chef:
Custom LSG 24x40 - 36" Blackstone - (others - R & O FatGirl, ETSC RK-250, Tejas 1628 - all sold)
