SB's Beef Marinade and Expresso Rub
I had trimmed out about a 3-4 Lb Brisket Flat when I ground some beef . I marinated it in SBBM overnight and then rubbed this morning with SB's Expresso. Best Brisket I've ever eaten

Excellent bark and smoke ring. Can you taste the coffee in the rub?

Not cooked; you can in the bag. I’ve been doing this a long time, the taste and tenderness was incredible, My wife even cleaned her plate. Order it, try it!!

Looks awesome Rambo !
It's pretty strange how much the strong Coffee/Expresso is present when first applied but when a piece of meat is cooked, the strong in your face taste and smell is gone isn't it ?.
I'm not sure about you, but when I use that type of rub I can taste more of a smokey charred taste, almost like what you would get when you eat a piece of Steak that you heavily seasoned and seared, like the crust part on the end ??
Great job, I'm sure there will be quite a few of us on here that have never tried a Coffee/Expresso Rub now try it.

Oops sorry. I misunderstood. I got me some espresso rub on the way with a reload of SPG and Lemon Pepper Garlic.
