It will take about 30 days to get the labels done and the product produced, stay tunned here for when it will be ready.

I have been making this one since the late 80s, it hasn’t changed much over the years and is almost fool-proof. In doing my research, I saw this style of recipe (with variations) often. Similar recipes call for stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce, but I have always used the soup.
I recommend doubling the recipe + add the liquid from the canned beans (even if you don’t add the beans themselves) up front.
The longer you cook it the better it gets. Leftovers are excellent and it freezes well too.
Another variation is to substitute beef broth for water, you get a much heartier-beefy flavor which makes a really good chili con carne and/or beef enchiladas filling.
It's a good-un and I have always done well in the non-sanctioned type cook offs with the recipe. Won a few peoples choice awards with it.

It depends on the size of bottle but on the small bottle, about 2 batches, 12 oz bottle about 6 batches and on the one pounder about 8 batches.
Each bacth is about 6 servings.
Do you think I need to add to label?
I think something like this;
12 oz bottle
Serving Size 6
Servings Per Container 36
1lb bottle
Serving Size 6
Servings Per Container 48
I know like me, I love chili, the wife likes it too but the kids don't eat it. So if the serving size was 6 I might make 1/2 a batch if I didn't want any left over.
Or if I was having a party and was feeding 10 people or so, I would make a double batch. That would determine what size container I bought to make sure I had enough for just me and the wife or enough to feed numerous people.
Maybe that helps if it's not too confusing

Not confusing, maybe I can add "Serves 6" or "Makes 6 servings".
I have another section (required by law) on the nutrition panel with the "official" serving size as identified by the government = 1/4 tsp. Which really dosnt have anything to do with the recipe, but rather the contents of the bottle.
Would that help?

I think either the consumer needs to know the serving size or the servings per container.
We've all dealt with the public before and there's some out there that ain't so bright, so having either the serving size or the servings per container on the package would be helpful.
Like me, I like to buy Chili "kits" where I just use everything that comes in the package, add beef and beans and let it simmer all day. The kits are designed for 1 time use and you get like 6 servings per kit.
It sounds like this product is designed for more than 1 'batch' of chili so we need to know how much we're gettin in the entire package.
Make sense?

Yes. I think I understand.
So if I add "makes 6 servings" to the directions - would that help?
I looked at using the 1 batch per package but decided to I to make it a better deal than the 1 batch packages (which cost the same), with this you get twice the seasoning.
