Just wanted to chime in that I finally was able to give the Suckle Buster Chili a try this past weekend.

Followed the directions on the jar so that I could have a baseline of what I'll need to add or subtract, depending on taste.

Well this first round, the only modification was I went with 2# ground sirloin, instead of 1 each of beef and sausage. I never use sausage, so that is my only split from the recipe.

This stuff was good.

Wait, let me clarify.

This stuff was REAL good!

Went to get the leftovers last night for a snack, and the wife had already polished off what little was left.

Great flavor, and I don't need to tweak too much in the future.

Thanks for a great product!!

Bill, thanks so much - glad you liked it too!!!!!

If you like the beefy flavor, you might go with beef stock next time instead of water. ;)

Yes, I do plan on that as my next variation.

But I'll shy away from adding the mustard, as it contains too much dirt from being buried in the yard

I normally make a double batch that way someone dosnt sneek away with that last bowl too soon. Somehow it tastes better the longer you cook it and that second day bowl is even better still...dang if I aint talking myself into a pot of chili!
