I am going to Change my ways
Since im already qualified for the National Barbecue Cookoff, im gonna try something new on my ribs. Not to brag but im known for my ribs and im gonna go with the "Hoochie Mama's" instead of my tried and true method. I will let everyone know how it turns out.

Cookoff is June 12 & 13th in Meridian. Im gonna start with Hoochie Mama's. The jury is still out for the Hog Waller. Hooichie Mama's is very similar to one of the seasonings I use right now, so I think it will go good with my technique.

The hoochie mamas was very good. I decided not to change my ribs, but did use it on my brisket and got 6th out of 17. Kinda impressed. Thanks gator. Would had got better but the brisket wasn't tender.
