HELP cooking chili for 500

ok I am looking for some recipes for vegetarian chili I am cooking regular Texas chili for about 400 (about 1 cup per person) and vegetarian chili for about 100 I have a recipe for the regular chili but am always open to new ones and am looking for a recipe for the vegetarian chili thanks

Mr. 831 - We're just having some fun. If you wanted to do a meatless chili check out the thread about verde here. i have a great recipe that is great but a pain to make. Serve the Tree Huggers Green Chili

went with old family chili cook off recipe modified a bit for size and time I had to cook
basically smoked 110lb chili grind for 2 hr then divided between 4 pots on craw fish burners and then made my chili
for the veg crowd found a recipe on the net that went over good basically open a bunch of cans and mix and add some seasoning they liked it they ate all we had (30gal chili and 7 gal veg soup "chili")
we also baked 300lb of potatoes on the big smoker for chili baked potatoes and we had rice and noodles and fritos with all the fixings also
