Pepper Heads

Postby Canadian Smoker » Fri Jan 19, 2018 1:22 pm

Glad to see a few pepper heads on this forum...peppers are a huge part of any free time I have....I grow a huge variety of Super hots as well as sweet peppers.
I grow in 5 gallon buckets and have a garden as well....here are a few pictures of some of my pepper picks .
I like to make hot sauces, powders, jellies and pickled as well.

Do you have a long lost sister here in nz ? The reason I ask is my wife grows the same as you, your pics look just like my wife's chillies. I've just made last week 11 bottles of chilly sauce which contain over 250 chillies. I would sur like to know your recipe if you make a hot chilly sauce, this pic is the last I took when making my last batch of sauce.

Love the labels. Especially the Grumpy’s. That would make an awesome hat or shirt.
