That is a great looking bowl of Texas Red. I have found that competion package to be about the best chili I have ever ate. In fact, I went to a meat market today that I have never been to and picked up a couple of packages of chili grind beef, along with a lot of other stuff, to go with some sucklebusters competition.

Bowl looks great T-Tobe, my Oldest Son and I have been hitting the Authentic Texas Chili Mix pretty hard but I think I'll step over to the Competition Blend next time  :salut:

I have both and have cooked both many times. My personal preference is the competition blend. I have to stop myself from eating so much!
