Deer Bologna

Postby Cajunsmoke13 » Thu May 21, 2015 7:24 pm

Each year my buddy and get together and do some batches of deer bologna. Nothing but venison and seasoning packets plus some other good stuff added for taste. We start with a spice packet from Con Yeager. http://www.conyeagerspice.com/bologna-pa-deer/ This was a batch of 65 pounds, then sliced and freezer wrapped.
