I made my best sausage ever today. It came out moist and juicy, with a lot of flavor, and just a slight kick.

Probably grill some tomorrow with our homemade kraut and some brown mustard. :D

I gave them a light smoking of apple wood, then placed them in a 160F water bath for 20 minutes. They will be ready to go on the grill tonight. :D
