Does anyone know where to get the netting for smoking hams ? Does it matter if the hams or hanging or can I just lay them on my rack ? :dont: :texas:

These gentlemen right here can tell you everything you need to know about homemade hams. They have probably forgotten more than I will ever learn. :salut:

As for myself, I just put them on the smoker rack. Hanging them serves a prettier presentation if you have a smoker with that kind of space. I have only ever hung 1 ham to smoke and as for taste, I did not notice a difference between hanging or not.
