Ooohhh.. The store here is running a bit of a special on whole eye of round right now. 3.99/lb and temptation is overwhelming for me right now to pick one up.

I've never done Dried Beef and thankfully Wild Bill has taken me under his wing and hopefully by the end of next month I can try a batch. :tup:

Pick up at least 2 if not 4. :lol:
I get mine at Costco. Comes 2 rounds roughly 4 pounders per pack.
After you taste some you'll be sorry you only did one. ;)

Em..just let me know when your ready. Making it is easier then falling off a bike. :laughing7:
