46 pounds of Pork Belly dry cured for 7 days, air dried for 24 hours, then smoked at 200 degrees for 3 hours to an internal temp of 145.

That's beautiful right there !
If you like Mashed Potatoes, try dicing up a few pieces of that bacon.
Sautee them with some diced up Chicken Thigh Skin and mixem in the taters.
Garlic and Butter too.

Dang, that sure is beautiful. A handful of that bacon with a couple over medium and some hash browns would be heaven. With a big ole cold glass of milk.
