Yes, that is some really nice looking stuff there. Wished I had a few slices of it right now to go on a egg sammich, with a slice of nice chedddar on it.

Start with a pork loin, cure it for 3 weeks, smoke it to temp of 140 deg and you got yourself some canadian bacon

Besides the brown sugar, cure and salt, I use a slight touch of garlic powder and a tight hand with coarse ground pepper
