From one turbo guy to another, some of the diehard big block guys would be shocked !
Big block rwd power and fwd small c.i with a monster turbo is a completely different rush.

To each their own but I understand the thrill of the spool !

Back in the day I had my own plane, and storage tank av gas today probably about $5 a gallon my guess, but your engine should do just fine if the valves and seats are hard faced. Just my $.02

My fuel system can now handle any fuel available. I've replaced all my stock soft lines with updated hose and left the hard lines as is. Valves are Ferrea 6000 series stainless and I believe the seats are steel(?) I'll have to check up, but stock seats are near invincible. lol!

sounds like you are set to go, they do not like to sell fuel to you at the airport, I was lucky, had my own aircraft, so fuel was not a problem, if you can get your self a overhead storage tank, most ranchers & farmers have them, then buy you a 100 gallons or however much you want, I used to buy 500 gallons at a time from a fuel supplier, of 100 octane low lead, It will be blue in color and you'll be all set.

The boost is addicting, isn't it?! Below is the Garrett I'll be slapping on.

Still waiting for the exhaust stuff. I'll probably be just out of, or just going into surgery about the time they get here.
As a side note, I agree about the RWD power. I had, at one time, a fully built and boosted 240sx. 465hp 427tq

Just don’t spill on the paint. I ruined the striping on mine right under the gas tank opening. After 3 years I’m still peeved about it.

Thank ya, sir! I have been told I'm too young for replacements. I guess I'm not too young to go through multiple debridement and subluxation repairs though. I guess when they run out of cartilage to clean and tendons to tighten and repair, they'll finally do it right. Lol!

I haven't done much with the exterior. In fact, it looks like it came from a cracker Jack box. I enjoy the surprised looks on faces when they see they just got dusted by a car that looks like it came from a child's toy bin. Lol!!
