First try at homemade boudin sausage

Postby tex_toby » Sun Jun 28, 2009 9:38 pm

Before I start, I must give credit and thanks to SurfinSapo for his Boudin 101 video. It gave me the courage to give it a try, and I am sure glad I did. Thank you, SS! :goof:

Today I tried my hand at homemade boudin sausage. I learned a lot through through the process, but I must say that I was quite impressed with my first try.
