Can't wait til I'm retired and have time to fix some real nice vittles. You do a great job oup. Great pics too, always paints a nice canvas to your craft.

I remember that shrimp!

All nicely done, OUP. :salut:

I've been prepping all week, even the week before, and freezing some stuff. Then taking it out. :laughing7:

Last of the Pre-Game Ceremony for the Kawn-Bread Dress'n - - - got the main players suited up and ready for crumblin action tomorrow mawn'n. Still tryin to decide whether I want to pre-sautee the chopped veggies in oleo or bake them raw in the mix ? I've done it both ways but I can't remember which "everyone" (an important word for tomorrow) liked the best.

Got to sweat down the veggies prior to mixing if you follow my old family recipe. Just get em translucent and throw it all together.

I think that's the way I'll do them this time - - - some like the slight veggie crunch in the dressing and some don't - - - tomorrow they ain't getting no crunch :salut:
