DISCLAIMER: the following contains absolutely no refried beans.

We'z still peckin on the leftover Beer Can Chicken but this is probably gonna be the last one for MOI Amigo. :salut:

I remembered T-Dragon or someone did some Enchiladas Verde not long ago so that's the road I took except I used Sooner Sauce and Sour Cream. Other ingredients were white corn torts, salsa, green enchilada sauce and pepper jack. I just finished them off and they were muy bueno. :tup:
