Meat Candied Turkey Breast

Postby tex_toby » Wed Mar 13, 2024 3:55 pm

Well, I cheated on this one and cooked it in the oven. I wanted to try out the new Sucklebusters Meat Candy and I didn't have the patience and drive to roll out my Gator Pit and cook in the wind. :whiteflag:

Here's what it says on their website:

Heat Level: Very Mild

Use on: Beef, Pork and chicken

Ingredients: Sugar, salt, brown sugar, paprika, garlic, spices, and silica. NO MSG. Naturally Gluten-Free.

I ordered me a Jug of Meat Candy and I plan on using it on some Wings to see what it's like.
Who knows it may end up on a Center Cut Tenderloin Waygu Steak :dont:  :laughing7: :whiteflag:

Sounds great; I’m assuming we need to keep the heat under 265 to keep from burning??

Unfortunately, Buc-eeS will only carry a limited number of SKU's (5'ish maybe?!?) I ordered this one off of the Sucklebusters website. They have a deal going on right now that if you purchase 1 Meat Candy Rub, you get 1 Honey BBQ Glaze for free. :D

Thanks, I’ll take a look at HEB since I’m going.

Edit"…Went ahead and order it with some other stuff. Looking forward to trying it out.
